The Tax Committee has submitted a response to HMT’s consultation on Digital Services Tax noting a strong preference for an international consensus solution in order to ensure a coherence of the international tax system and prevent both double taxation and double non-taxation.

On Monday 13 December we hosted our 2021 AGM, where we ratified our membership and the 2021 Annual Report was authorised.
